Woot, yet another school year. Let's backtrack..
Spring semester went well. I did in fact pass with a 4.0 GPA~ xD On June 15th, I went to Korea and studied abroad in Yonsei University. It was a lovely school. It has the most high tech library you will ever see! I met so many new people and had loads of fun drinking, shopping, and singing karaoke! I created so many memories during those 2 months. It was really sad to leave but yea, gotta move on right? I got to visit many of my relatives that live in Daejeon, Seoul, and Daegu. Jung Min oppa hasn't changed one bit. He did get a lot buffer to my surprise since I always thought of him as a geeky scrawny cousin ^^. Jung Eun unnie didn't change either. She is still thin and silly. Weh Soomoe was very helpful during my stay there. I couldn't ask for a better aunt. She took care of me well and took me places. I felt a bit burdened, but I'm glad she took the time to help me anyways. Eemo and Eemo-boo still looked the same ^^ Their new apartment looks like a hotel.
Gosh, during my stay in Seoul, I pretty much visited all the places you could ever imagine. One thing I will never forget are the subways. I took the subways like 4 times a day and the taxi about once every day. I got to see the Seoul Tower~ The night view is very beautiful. During that time it was sprinking a bit. Had to ride the cable cars to get there but luckily it only lasted for a few minutes. I also went to Samsung where there was a CoEx mall. It was incredible. It had every thing a person could ask for to burn some time. There was a Megabox theater, Aquarium, food court, loads of restaurants and shopping malls, souvenir shops, arcades, game rooms, etc. Hongdae was a great place to chill. Oppa lives in Hongdae. The time I was there with him I got to see the coffee shop where the Korean drama Coffee Prince was shot. Meung-dong had loads of shopping areas as well. There was a small stream there.. I got to check out the Han River and ride the ferry~~ and went inside the 63 Building. Sinchon was where I hung out the most. I love the city life of Seoul and am missing it ^^
Now I'm starting my last semester in Nursing. Hopefully I get accepted into clinicals which will start next fall. This leaves my schedule during spring and summer open. I'm so disappointed that I haven't received a call back from my school since I applied for work study. Luckily I'm only taking 2 courses this semester: Anatomy and Physiology 2 and Abnormal Psychology. The classes are already so tough but I got to try and study whenever.. I hope I stick with my GPA until the end. It would really help in getting me accepted for the clinicals.. here's hoping.
Let's see... my sister is still trying to pass her tests for teaching. She has only 1 test to go. I pray that she passes this time. Oh! A few days ago I went to Lake Monticello, VA to visit my cousin, her husband, and her baby. It was the first time I saw their baby and she was sooooo adorable~~
A few weeks ago I went to New York and met some friends I made in KLI at Yonsei University. It was great to seem them again. We went to the Empire State building, play billiards, drank at Red Mangos, and such.
2 more days until labor day ^^ My family and I are planning on going to DC for the day and close the store. I can't wait to spend time with my family. My parents and sister have been working so hard this summer while I was away. I really hope they enjoy their time away from working and have fun on the trip.. I guess we'll see.
Aside from that, I got an exam coming up and a paper due... ::sigh:: is it bad for me to say that I'm already sick of school? >.<

Fresh day
Woot Woot I'm not dead!!
Yea, so... I've been out for a whole what.. yr about? All I can say is that today I've started my first day in college (2nd degree 2nd major in process). My parents are still working.. yes, unfortunately haven't retired yet because of my sis and me -_- (sorry mom and dad). As for my sister.. she's done with school and is in the process of earning her teaching certificate/license.
Aside from that, some updates from 2008-2009..
- Again, started to play my guitar. I've been on break since I haven't had time to play.. ok that's a lie. I've been slacking off last year so this year my resolution was to practice my guitar.
- I'm 23. LoL ^^. Yea, forgot to post myself a Happy Birthday.. really not important but whatever.. I hate birthdays >.> reminds me that I'm getting older..
- I went to England (London and Oxford). My cousin goes to Oxford University so I went to visit him during the winter season.. yea, I'm such a nice cousin ^^
- I went to Paris, France. During my trip to England, my cousin and I stayed over in Paris to sight-see. May I mention that it was freezing like hell in Europe.
- I got my first hang over in Oxford. If you didn't know already, British people love to drink. We went to the bars every night and I pretty much got hung over.. it was not a lovely feeling. I'm 2 yrs older than my cousin so I should be a good role model for him but since he's a good drinker and I do not drink at all, I passed out and well.. you know the rest to what happens to hang overs.
- Spent Christmas with the family. It's been a while since I've seen my cousins (father's side) so we got to catch up on what's been going on in our lives. They've certainly gotten older... especially the little ones ^^ .
- New years?? Well, as you know my parents are workaholics so we worked during Christmas and New Years. Why? Well since other stores are closed, it's the best opportunity to make money >.> don't ask. The relatives came over to our house and etc.
- Last 1 1/2 weeks I had the stomach flu. I rarely throw up when I'm sick but i guess all those years of not throwing up caught me. I swear it was the worst feeling ever. I would of rather had a fever or something.. but insomnia, chills, and the constant waking from stomach pains was far worse.
- First day of class. Yup it's my first semester in a new college. Goal? Earn a 4.0 GPA. LOL. Yea right!! Nah, but I do want a 3.5 or higher GPA. That is a must!! So yea, as of now I'm studying for school, studying for my RN license exam, practicing my guitar, and learning my Korean <- plan to go to Korea school in the summer. I've told my parents once I receive my RN (Registered Nurse) license, I would move to Korea and earn my citizenship there. Yes people.. I plan on living a life in Korea and leaving America for good. Therefore, I plan to study ahead... but of course my parents don't believe I will... we'll see >.<

BACK FROM NEW YORK
Friday my parents, sister, and I left to New York about 1 pm. It was mad traffic on the way... told my parents that we should of left like at 10 am or earlier but whatever -_- Eventually we got there about 4:30 and stayed at the Double Tree Hotel at Jersey City. By the time we went to Time Square to buy the Broadway tickets for the Little Mermaid, it was sold out. Soooo pissed. Instead we had to watch Mary Poppins which was oookkay. Half the time I couldn't even understand what they were saying. The kids were real good though as well as Mary Poppins herself. Before the show we ate at Apple Bees which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but the service sucked. The next day we woke early to go to the Metropolitan Museum and then watched the Blue Man show at Astor Theatre.. afterwards we ate at a Korean restaurant.... overall the trip was pretty blah and the fact that I got pushed by a drunk person in the subway wasn't any better.... I'm just glad to be home. It sucks though since I have to leave on Tuesday since I start summer school again. I am glad that I passed my entrance exam for the nursing assistant program. I'll be starting that on September... it's going to be a biyatch though since I have to be there at 6:30 am for the clincal work :::sigh::: so tired.
p.s. another nice thing is I received an A in my physiology course for the 1st summer session ^^

Graduation
Yesterday was my graduation. I'm so relieved that I finally received my bachelors degree. Was held at 6:00 p.m. My parents and sister were there and brought me flowers which was real sweet. We went out to Chili's for dinner. I can tell how my parents were very proud that I finally graduated haha. Anyways it's just the beginning. I still have many many more things to do. I still need my bachelors in nursing and get my registered nursing license. Gosh, I can't even think about getting my masters degree. That would add another $20,000 to my income. As of now I'm only concentrating on applying to nursing schools, receiving A's in my summer courses, earning my nursing assistant certification, and getting a job! ::sigh::

Summer Starts
Hey peeps!
So this week has been my first week of summer school. I'm taking Physiology this session and another 2 courses next session. Tuition is a real bitch though. 1 three credit class is over $1,400!!!
So.. basically I checked my grades and earned 1 A and 3 B's. It's quite pitiful. I'm relieved though that I received a B in Calculus 2 since the finals was incredibly difficult. Wahh I knew it would be impossible to make Deans List again :P Anyways I bought a new labtop like a week and a half ago. It's a Toshiba A305-S6837 Satellite with 320GB, 5400 Rpm, 4 GB RAM, 1.83 ghz... ::reading off the sticker on the labtop:: It cost me $900! Seriously expensive but I love the comp ^^
I'm still applying for jobs.. it's so tough finding a job these days. I'm totally clueless where to work too.
Next Tuesday I'll be taking a math and reading test to get into a nursing assistant program. The program is almost $600 and is 112 hour course. Basically will be doing lecture work and hands on with the elderly at nursing homes. Since I won't be attending college for fall 2008-spring 2009, I thought this would be a great experience. Also, next Friday I'm volunteering at Red Cross. At last!! I've always had to put that on hold because of school. At first I was planning on doing the emergency disaster but.. it sounds too intense so I decided on doing the blood drive. Speaking of Red Cross, next month I'm taking CPR course in order to earn my certification. Normally the cost is over $50 but they're offering it for free!! I love free things ^_^
I was hoping to buy a sports motorcycle this summer but considering all the money I have to pay for classes and the fact that I also have to buy motorcycle insurance... that's going to have to be on hold. The fact that I'm trying to pay for both my tuition and personal items is just too much.
Enough of all my personal stuff I should update on anime and dramas ^^ Basically these are the ones I'm currently watching.
Anime
* Kurenai
* To Love-ru
* Vampire Knight
* Tower of Druaga
* Allison and Lillia
Drama
* Zettai Kareshi (Absolute boyfriend) <- J drama
* Who are you? <- K drama

Holy crap!
It's been so long since I've posted. School work has been a pain... and now I have the flu so.. yea it can't get any better than this!
Anyways I just finished watching Proposal Daisakusen Special. It's suppose to continue what happened after the drama series. I was so unfulfilled from series ending and now after watching the Special, I'm satisfied!! It really brought closure. At least for me... It's a must watch :D
p.s. About the stuff I was hoping to add on to my blog (wrote on my previous posts), I probably will do that in the summer.. as for now, I'm going with the flow. There's no way to predict what my plans are for the summer anyway.
PROPOSAL DAISAKUSEN PT 1/12
UPDATE:
Finished watching Gundam 00. Totaled 25 episodes. There's suppose to be a second season.
Finished True Tears. Hm.. can't say I was satisfied with the ending.. could of been done better.. I was hoping for a more emotional ending but..
Finished Dragonauts. I have to admit that I forwarded a lot in this series.. the series is a bit cheesy and characters are so naive.
Well, I'm still waiting for more anime series, better anime series.

Okie so my new semester has already started. Totally sucks already but I'm going to have to bear with it for the next 3 1/2 months until graduation.. phew. Anyways...
I've started watching a few new animes since some animes I've seen have finished.
Blue Drop is finally over. The ending was quite sad. I never thought the ending would turn out that way.. so it was a bit unpredictable for me. I've started watching Tenshi na Konamaiki again. I never finished this anime so I'm going to rewatch it. I also have to rewatch Claymore. I can't believe I haven't finished that either.
New animes are:
True Tears
H20
Both animes are wonderful so far. I highly recommend it! They're both a slice of life and romance.
As for television, Kyle XY has finally started airing again. Episode 14 aired last Monday and 15 should be available later today. Anyone who likes teenage drama and sci-fi/mystery should definitely watch this show. Speaking of which.. I better watch Brothers and Sisters as well. I haven't finished watching the first season. It's been quite a while since I've watched this show so I'm probably going to have to rewatch this show as well. Oy, that's my problem.. I have a tendency to lose interest easily.
